NOTE: FINE ART AMERICA WATERMARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON PURCHASED IMAGE.
A beautiful blue tiger butterfly sipping her morning tea from a tiny white flower cup.
This gorgeous Tirumala limniace Cramer, the Blue Tiger, is a native of southeast Asia, primarily India, most especially in the area between the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. The males migrate extensively during the monsoons in southern India. The larva is around half an inch in length, but grows double that size and four times its weight of 5 milligrams within 48 hours.
I was lucky enough to find this beauty at the Brookside Gardens and Nature Center in Wheaton Maryland a few years ago.

Such interesting textures! I am impressed that you have figured out Corel Painter, Lois. I have it and struggle mightily with it. I am impatient, I think. :) v/f
Lois Bryan replied:
Steve, thank you ... but I cannot tell a lie ... Painter makes me crazy too!!! I still really haven't mastered it. Several of my images here were done with it exclusively (check out my little pepper) but the majority of this image was created in DAP, then edited and tweaked to within an inch of its life in the other programs.
