I've been on a new program for food since January (2017) ... hate calling it a diet, but I guess that's really what it is. Sort of a modified Keto Diet. My husband and I are doing our best to eliminate carbs / sugars. It wasn't a day at the beach for the first couple of weeks, but we're pretty used to it now. Believe it or not, this program also restricts fruit, so the one apple my husband and I split and share at breakfast in the morning is a big treat.
Ahhh!!! The jewel of the meal ... an apple!!

Thanks so much, Tina ... and no ... it wasn't easy. But wow ... there are so many worse things in life ... like heart disease and diabetes!!! So this was a piece of cake. Er. Well ... a piece of apple, anyway!!! ; ))
