Artist's Description
At the intersection of Duke of Gloucester and Palace Green Streets in Colonial Williamsburg, the magnificent Bruton Parish Church can be found. In point of fact, it has been here since the year 1715 when its construction, begun in 1711, was completed. This beautifully preserved example of early Colonial religious architecture was named a National Historic Landmark in 1970 and as such is a treasure not only to the Episcopalian congregation that calls it home, but to the rest of the nation as well.
Seen here on an April evening, 2018, it stands solid and impressive yet intensely comforting to those who pass by or who have the chance to visit inside.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a glitch in our system. The images in...
