Description
Beautiful historic Duke of Gloucester Street, the main street of Colonial Williamsburg, is waking up to the coziest of snowy Christmas mornings. All the natural decorations are set, the sky is alight with warm dawn colors to contrast agains the cheerful snowy scene, and all is in readiness to celebrate the happiest of days.
"Christmas Morning In Colonial Williamsburg" is the third version of this scene which I've had the joy of creating. This time, I removed the falling snow seen in "An Old Fashioned Christmas" and added a warm dawn sky and enhanced the colors on the wreathes and swags just a bit. Sometimes, I just love to revisit my favorites and go back into the scene and play … just a little more. To see the same scene with blue skies, no falling snow and no Christmas decorations, please visit "As Winter Melts Into Spring" which was the first version I created.
