A sunny side up egg is frying in a pan, with a noticeable double yolk. The edges are starting to bubble and turn golden brown.
I'm a big proponent of a nice healthy breakfast now. I wasn't always ... for most of my life I'd completely skip breakfast, who has time for that? And now that I look back, it's probably a good thing because I'd most likely have grabbed a bowl of cereal ... oh the healthy kind with lots of raisins, or oatmeal, with some brown sugar and blueberries. All of which are a complete no-no for those of us with diabetes in our families. So my no-breakfast ways may have been helpful. As it is, thank heavens I love eggs, because my daily breakfast now consists of 2 eggs. They just usually don't both come out of the same shell!
