Absolutely thrilled that "Fishy Fishy" won the 6/28/2022 "Digital Abstract Artwork" contest. Many thanks to contest administrator, Michael Rucker, and to everyone who voted for my image. Congratulations to the other winners!!

A mostly abstract fanciful view of the underwater world of our graceful and colorful friends, tropical fishies. Dodging in and out of the gently waving seaweed ferns and fronds they chase and play and shimmer and glow.

Image created from my memory and imagination ... fish tanks were a big part of my childhood ... and even now in later years I am still fascinated by them.

"Fishy Fishy" was digitally painted completely freehand from my imagination in Corel Painter. Unlike many of my images, there was no photo reference.
