Mother Nature has been very artistic on my French Doors over the past few days. She and the Polar Vortex of 2014 had a lot of fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed bringing out the macro lens and getting some snaps.
Used the Nikon D7000 and the Nikon / Nikkor 105mm macro / micro. Image taken January 7, 2014.

Just a beautiful natural abstract, Lois - so delicate and lacy and I love the silver and gold tones. Congratulations on your tie for 2nd place in the recent Abstracts contest.

This is so cool! (no pun intended) It almost looks like a fractal! Maybe it is... just a natural one and not a digital creation! v
