Description
This image is a slightly differently colored, reversed version of "The Detritus of Humanity," which was previously added to my portfolio here. More colorful, but still deeply textured, I think it evokes completely different emotions than the previous version ... a case of the impact color and orientation can have on mood.

Wow - that is so cool! Beautiful work. I'm wondering… how did you do that? l/f
Lois Bryan replied:
Thank you, Cheryl ... this is a straight photographic image. I was shooting into the sun, so it was pretty blown out. Had to do a lot of things in Photoshop and I think Photomatix ... then all the usual stuff that we do. I think what you're probably seeing that interests you is the texture I purchased from 2 Lil' Owls, and is a big part of the magic of this one. Hope that helps.

Lois Bryan replied:
thank you!! It is one of those little places that I've been by about a million times, but never at the right time of day. it was the wrong time of day on this occasion, too, but I took the shot anyhow with the intent to really jizz it up in PS. So ... glad you enjoyed it!!!
