"Looking For Trouble" won 1st place (out of 1,860 entries) in the Fine Art America contest "Clouds" 1/24/15. Sincere thanks to the hosts and to all those who voted for my entry.
One of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen here, this far inland ... neighbors still talk about it. It started out an eerie yellow and changed the look of the world. By the time I took this particular shot, the clouds and sky had lost the sickly yellow and were a more familiar orange. Clouds came in from the east which is extremely rare for this area. Image taken facing due south. I was using the Nikon D40x with the 18-135mm lens on April 12, 2008 in Montgomery County, Maryland.
