A few months ago I was having my dog groomed at the local pet shop and while I waited I discovered this sweet girl who was hoping to be adopted. She absolutely stole my heart. We made one of those wonderful and rare connections ... it just happens sometimes. Maybe it's something that only animal lovers will understand. Though I'm not in a position to bring home another furry family member, I wanted to send out my good wishes to Miss Maple, whom I think of often. I hope she's found a wonderful forever-home with kind human beings who will appreciate her sensitive and loving heart.
