Description
A sweet-eyed dairy cow, friendly and curious, has been enjoying the tender grasses of her meadow on a soft and glorious summer afternoon. As we walk past, she lazily ambles over to the fence line, ready for some kind words from us and a pet on her velvet nose.
It seems very appropriate to realize that my favorite food group, ice cream, is a gift from and her sisters!
This image was hand-painted digitally in Corel Painter with a wide variety of brushes on a Wacom Tablet and art pen ... loosely based on one of my own photos taken at a field at the Antietam National Battlefield, Sharpsburg, Maryland.
This image was NOT created using AI - Artificial Intelligence programs.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... it will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Those are the saddest eyes! Beautiful image of this adorable cow! L/F
Lois Bryan replied:
Thanks so much, Deborah ... they do have sad eyes, I think!! Though I will admit i took a wee bit of artistic license with this sweet girl and had some fun accentuating her eyes. :)

Lois, these colors are superb in celebration this beautiful cow's portrait. What a great piece of art. Just wonderful. F/L/TW.
Lois Bryan replied:
Randy, thank you ... our greens here can be pretty vivid in spring and summer ... and I love the way the light coming through the trees can turn the grass that wonderful gold!!!!
