Description
A beautiful and powerful spotted jaguar crouches low in the darkness of the jungle. All around are the night sounds with which he is so familiar. But there's that one sound, the one that means dinner, that he patiently waits for.
Maybe we'd better move a little further back.
Image painted by hand and loosely based on one of my own photographs taken at the Catoctin Nature Preserve and Zoo in Thurmont, Maryland. I used digital colored pencils in Corel Painter 2019, a Wacom tablet, and the art pen stylus.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... it will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
