Description
A classic still life of an everyday item ... a pair of glasses resting on a table. Can you hear it? "Honey, have you seen my glasses?" Of course, the huge nuisance of wearing glasses is the contradiction of the impossibility of finding your glasses if you're not wearing your glasses. The eternal question!!
This painterly image is based on one of my own original photographs taken in October of 2013 with the Nikon D7000 and the 70-200mm f/2.8 at 1/30, f/2.8. I had some fun in Photoshop then popped it into Corel Painter 2015 for a complete digital hand-painting. Then back to Photoshop for some more tweaks including the addition of a beautiful texture from Skeletal Mess ... one of my old favorites.
