Description
The rambling and graceful home of the prominent Colonial Williamsburg lawyer, Revolutionary War militia officer, legal scholar, and judge, St. George Tucker, glows in the early April evening light in beautiful Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.
Additional information about the home and its history can be found at the Colonial Williamsburg page here:

My own original photography captured with my Nikon D7000 and the Nikkor 18-200mm in April, 2018.
NOT created with AI - Artificial Intelligence.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Beautiful capture. Would love to go inside there. L
Lois Bryan replied:
Thanks Mary ... you know, something tells me this one is privately owned and not open to the public? I could be wrong ... ?

Bravo! You have been chosen to have your beautiful piece of artwork from your portfolio featured on the homepage of our Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery Group. It is with honor an privilege that I have chosen this particular piece of your works to be a feature on our homepage due to its striking appearance, color, composition, and simply the fact that I really like it. Congrats on your feature!

So crisp and clear. Perfect composition. Just beautiful. L/f and shared.
Lois Bryan replied:
Suki thanks so much!!! We love Williamsburg and try to get down there every now and then. I wished we'd come a few weeks later on this trip, but the benefit, as Jerzy pointed out, this particular house wouldn't have been visible with the leaves, lol!!!!
Jerzy Czyz
Only time this house is visible behind this enormous tree. l/f
Lois Bryan replied:
Thanks, Jerzy ... yes I'm sure you're right. We usually are there in spring and for a day in summer on our way back from the ocean. I'll have to get a snap in full summer one of these days!!!
