A vivid orange and golden sky, crowned by threatening dark clouds, hovers over ancient Duart Castle on the Isle of Mull, in glorious windswept Scotland. The choppy waters in the foreground catch the colors from above ... the wind whistles around us as our boat rocks from side to side. Don't worry ... we're almost there.

The original photo on which this digital hand-painting is based was taken by my son, Rich Bryan, during his semester in Scotland in 2012.
This image has been hand-painted, digitally, using my son's photography (not from stock or "public domain") as a general guide and starting point, in Corel Painter.
Products and fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... wall-art purchases will look their very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Love this moody scene and sky LF I was fortunate to have a visit to Scotland, one of the most beautiful and magical places I have visited. This captures it well!
