Description
A contemporary non-representational abstract image filled with bright color and life.
When I was a little girl, my mom would sometimes drive past a tiny, very unique house, more like a cottage, in another neighborhood. The whole front yard, which wasn't particularly large, was filled with a riot of flowers. Not a spec of grass or lawn anywhere. And there was no rhyme or reason to the design that I could see from the road ... just a glorious profusion of color. It was fabulous!! Mom called it an English garden. At the time I couldn't understand why we didn't do the same thing at our house (though now that I've tended gardens myself I do understand!).
At some point in this art piece, I started seeing the bones of a building ... sort of center, top-ish? And it brought back the memory of that wonderful little house and garden which I honestly hadn't thought about in many a decade.
Created freehand, completely from my imagination in Corel Painter with The Wacom tablet and art pen and a variety of beautiful digital brushes.
NOT created with AI - Artificial Intelligence.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
