Artist's Description
An icy stream flows at the bottom of a snowy hill that leads up to the beginnings of a dense forest. The trees are coated in a lovely light layer of pure white. The last snow of the season is a beauty.
The mid-Atlantic winter of 2023 - 2024 was disappointing to a snow lover ... but we did get one last glimpse of the white stuff. Within a few minutes of taking this photo, the blue sky was seen peeking through the last of the clouds and the snow was soon melted away ... but it was pretty while it lasted.
Image captured with Nikon D7000 and the Sigma 150-500 in February of 2024. No artificial intelligence programs used.
Fine art and product purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a glitch in our system. The images in...
