Description

A fresh mountain stream flows down terraced levels of the Blue Ridge Mountains and splashes into a long forgotten sapphire pool.

It seems no one knows its location. Or even ... if ... it really is. Stories told around the campfires on dark nights ... now, little more than myth, the waterfall has been seen by only a special few down through the many years. Hidden deep in the mountains rimming the Shenandoah Valley, it has escaped the eyes of the world for too long and lives on only in legend and memory.

I think the old timers may know where it is. But they'll never tell.

Painted freehand, digitally, completely from my imagination in Corel Painter with a Wacom tablet and art pen stylus, utilizing many beautiful brushes.
