Artist's Description
An abstract, non representational image of a series of colorful splashes and shapes in turquoises and aquas, bright oranges and deepest purples against a field of softest glowing golds and pale blues.
Both energizing and calming ... thought provoking ... and like life itself ... unpredictable ... full of surprises.
Image painted freehand from my imagination in Corel Painter with the Wacom tablet and art pen and a variety of beautiful digital brushes.
NOT created with AI - Artificial Intelligence.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

About Lois Bryan

Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I also love working completely freehand with no photo reference involved. All of which is allowing me to circle back to a semblance of my days of sketching and painting traditionally. I love your choice of colors but I'm especially impressed by the way that you've used the digital brushes to simulate the appearance of acrylic on canvas. Well done!

YAY!…I am so excited about your contest blog shares Lois! What you described about your process is similar to what I experience as “The Flow”. Yes, “moving” pigment in ANY medium flows into ART. To viewers who are piqued by this statement, treat yourself to reading Lois’ and fellow artist comments in the WTBuzz contest blog discussion thread! Thank you for gracing the contest with your shares, Lois. WONDERful!
