Description
A burst of unique cymbidium orchids seem to explode out of their glowing crystal vase. A different take, a little darker and more dramatic version of my "Volcano Flowers" which I uploaded to my portfolio recently. I loved the energy of the lines and colors in the previous and had to play just a little longer. These are crazy times ... I guess we're always in crazy times in one way or another ... and lots of us ... like the flowers in my painting of my mom's pretty crystal vase ... are trying to wriggle out of their confines and burst out into life ... reaching for escape.
Painted freehand digitally from my imagination in Corel Painter with a Wacom tablet and art pen stylus, utilizing many beautiful brushes.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
