Description
I take the title of this image from one of those songs that sticks in my head every once in awhile, Eliza Doolittle, the flower girl of "My Fair Lady" singing "Wouldn't It Be Loverly." We've been in a nasty heat wave lately .. and as much as I love my garden and my flowers ... a gentle snowfall would be lovely!!

I love the romance of this piece, the lovely soft pinks and greens... just like the colors Eliza wore in the movie! vf
Lois Bryan replied:
Thank you Mary ... and yes, she did ... in the scene after the big ball, where she's leaving Professor Higgin's house ... after Freddy sings "On The Street Where You Life" ... didn't they wear the most wonderful clothes back then???
