When 20 pounds of seed can evaporate from the squirrel-proof bird feeder over night, you know something's happening that shouldn't be. Either you've got a heck of a lot of very smart, very hungry night-birds ... or ... there's something else going on.
In this case, an absolutely adorable wild raccoon is caught draped over the sturdy metal feeder calmly pulling the latch down and getting ready to help himself to dinner. Oh you rascal, you!!!

Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced.
