Fine Art Photography and Photography Based Digital Art

"The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance." ~ Aristotle

Welcome to Lois Bryan Fine Art Photography and Digital Art.

I'm a photographer / photography-based digital artist living in the mid-Atlantic region of the US.

My images are based on the photographs I capture, mostly with Nikon cameras and lenses. Although my primary goal will always be to catch that perfect shot straight out of the camera, I also enjoy exploring the artistic and creative process as I work with Photoshop and other image editing programs. Still experimenting, still loving every minute behind the camera and still believing in the magic.

Be sure to follow my latest photographic and artistic doings and musings on my blog. Loads of juicy insider personal information ... well ... no not really, lol, but plenty of behind the scenes info about the images themselves and other goings-on in the art and photography worlds. http://1stangel.co.uk/loisbryanphotography

Some of my work is currently offered for selective rights-managed licensing ... if you see a piece that meets your needs and is not currently available for licensing, or is not licensed for the purpose you require, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll usually get back to you the same day. They can be found here. http://licensing.pixels.com/profiles/lois-bryan.html

I'm also available for model home / real estate photography in the Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia areas. For a quick sampling of my work, you are welcome to contact me through this page for the password to my Model Home gallery. Real estate professionals are welcome to contact me for terms and availability. Clients include Arcadia Communities, Borcz-Dixon, Lexin Properties, The Bryan Group, The Christopher Companies, Carl Freeman, Saxena Homes.

"And above all, watch, with glittering eyes, the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places." ... Roald Dahl.
