Description
A classic still life image of two of autumn's gifts ... pumpkins ... seen throughout the season in farm fields and country markets across the land but also on porches, front steps, in indoor table decorations ... and also in everyone's favorite, pumpkin pies. As harvest time approaches, out come the recipe cards, especially that favorite pumpkin pie recipe from Grandma, and maybe, just maybe, this year you'll figure out that special ingredient that she apparently forgot to tell you about. Maybe the taste of that pie this year will bring back those memories of childhood ... and only a few extra calories!!
"Autumn's Gifts" was hand sketched freehand and painted in Corel Painter with a Wacom tablet, the art pen and digital brushes. Unlike many of my images, there was no photo reference.
This image was NOT created using AI - Artificial Intelligence programs.
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
