So happy to announce that "Love At Last" tied for second place in the 4/5/2022 contest "Desire" held by the Acrylic Art group. Many thanks to the contest administrator, Jeff Iverson, and everyone who voted for my image. Congratulations to the other winners!
Two sandy sand-crabs ... strolling the warm beaches of North Carolina's Outer Banks stop their furtive hunt for their microscopic lunches, lift their heads ... well, their whole bodies, actually ... and gaze into each other's faces.
And suddenly, there it is ... that long-awaited moment when the heart pounds and you could swear your eyes pop right out of your head ... when you find your true love ... at last!!!
Fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

This image was digitally hand-painted and very, very loosely based on a photo I took at the Outer Banks, NC, Corolla in the summer of 2018.
