Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

A walk around unfamiliar gardens on a soft spring evening is likely to be just the time and place to discover a little magic. Just beside a wonderfully weather-beaten old doorway we found an unexpected pop of color. A perfect red and yellow parrot tulip displays his silent beauty all by himself ... for his few brief hours ... and we're there to see him. Thank heavens I wasn't born a parrot tulip. If I were that pretty I'm sure I'd have a very hard time being quiet about it.
I keep meaning to make a little list of the quotes I find that I love. One of my all time favorites, by Roal Dahl, seems to fit this image and the circumstances of its discovery:
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places."

Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others , though I do not use Ai / Artificial Intelligence. I also love working completely freehand with no photo reference involved. All of which is allowing me to circle back to a semblance of my days of sketching and painting traditionally.
