Artist's Description
The warming sun of a soft spring day falls onto grasses, wildflowers, trees, the sparkling Caledonia Lake and the distant Blue Ridge Mountains in a hidden away part of Caledonia State Park. Located near Fayetteville, PA, it's a place of peaceful beauty at all times of the year.
This is a springtime version of an image previously added to my portfolio, A Soft Autumn Afternoon.
I used one of my own original photos to loosely sketch the image, then digitally painted it, freehand, in Corel Painter.
Not created using Artificial Intelligence / AI.
Fine art purchases of this image as well as products will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... this image will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others where there's always something new to discover and learn.
