Artist's Description
I had parked myself out on the back deck (well, porch, for the sake of my weakness for alliteration) to get some new birdie snaps. It was a perfect June morning. Not hot and sticky ... not too much glaring sun ... not too early in the morning ... I even had a bit of spare time to devote to my favorite activity that I could enjoy guilt-free. Everything was just right. Now. All I needed were some of my birdie friends to come visit the freshly replenished feeders. Yep. Everything was just right ... except ... no birdies.
So ... one of the petunia pots got my attention instead.
