Artist's Description
The bend in the road I walk so often ... leading from our tiny ski cabin in Pennsylvania up to the main road. This is just about at the very highest point of Blue Knob Mountain in Claysburg, Pennsylvania.
On September 5th, 2017, "A Golden Day" came in 2nd (tied for 2nd) in the Fine Art America contest "Autumn florals and landscapes" hosted by the Exquisite Florals Group. Many thanks to the administrator Maris Urso ... and most especially to everyone who voted for my image. Sincere congratulations to the other winners!!!
About Lois Bryan
Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others where there's always something new to discover and learn.
