Description
A beautiful Herring Gull, finished with his lunch of tiny little crusty critters that burrow into the sand at water's edge, decides to try another spot of beach for his dessert. Seen here as he gets a running start for his flight, his pretty black tipped wings flutter gracefully.
I took this picture in September of 2017 with the Nikon D7000 and the Sigma 150-500mm lens at Corolla, Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Fine art and product purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... wall art will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
