Description
A lone skier begins the descent on a tricky run at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort in Claysburg, Pennsylvania. Night skiing is one of those aspects of the sport that can make even the most familiar slopes seem like you're skiing a new mountain.
Image taken February 2013 with the Nikon D7000 and the 70-300mm vr Nikkor lens.

Lois, this brought back a flood of memories for me. I used to night ski all the time back in Colorado! Awesome image my dear!

Thanks so much, Colleen!!! I used to love night skiing .. nothing so much fun as going up the lift with the snowflakes coming right at me ... I always felt like I was flying!!!! But skiing at night, at least for me, was a lot different than skiing during the day ... always big fun either way!!!
