Description
A rosy-colored rose, halfway between pink and red … and halfway between bud and full blown … glows in a colorful atmosphere of crimsons and golds, darks and lights.
That's kind of how life can be. Sometimes you feel like you're betwixt and between … you're emerging … becoming one thing, while still hanging onto what you were. And this phenomenon isn't reserved for children and teenagers. It's a part of the journey for us all. There's beauty and excitement in every stage … look for it … you'll find it!!
This image was digitally hand-painted in the Escape Motions painting program, Rebelle, with their magical and delicious rich thick oil brushes. Wacom tablet and art pen / stylus. I loosely based it on a sketch of one of my own photos (not from stock or public domain) and included extensive tinkering in Photoshop as well.
Fine art and product purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... wall art will look its very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."
