Description
An image focusing on the underside of a pink zinnia from my garden. I thought the lines of the hearty green stem and head was a very pretty part of the flower that we don't usually see or enjoy. And yet it's the strength of the head that supports and allows the richly colored, strong petals to wow us.
Photographic image captured with the Nikon D300 using the 105mm Nikkor macro / micro lens in June of 2012. Treated to a lot of editing over the years since I first captured it ... in Photoshop CS4, 5 and 6.
