Description
An early morning vision of some of the loveliest of late summer / early autumn flowers in our garden. The asters, in shades of lavenders and purples, drenched in dew from the cool night before, translucently gleam and sparkle in the light of a new day. A favorite of butterflies and bees, the aster patch in our garden was a gleaming joy when most of the other garden flowers were fading away.

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful Lois!!! I love the perspective at which you captured these lovely flowers. My kind of photography, framed perfectly! Also scrumptious purple my passion color. So well done!! The Activity stream page is so wonderful! Gives constant exposure to one’s work. When it’s posted, later when you favorite it yourself, when you receive a comment and then when you reply. So if not for that page I would have missed out on this fabulous artwork! LVFV Janet 💕

I always thought that the back of the flower was just as interesting as the front! Otherwise you might not see much of that gorgeous orange, so beautiful with the purple! l/f
