Skiing and boarding down the slopes at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort with a splashy challenge at the bottom … and his form rates a 10 for sure!
The third in my series of captures of our brave and adventurous young friends gallantly attempting to traverse the chilly water-filled pond at the base of one of the slopes at Blue Knob. The resort … famous for the highest vertical slopes in PA … holds its season ending celebration each year, weather permitting, which features the bravest of the brave pond-skimming on their skis or boards across a man-made lake … hoping to skim to the other side without a chilly dunking!

Angela, you got it … there's quite of bit of "plunging" that takes place at this event!!!! The boarders have a better shot at making it across … the skiers usually do take a dunk!!! 🤣

No kidding … that's an absolutely gorgeous area!!! Blue Knob is between Altoona and Bedford, considered Central PA.
